Refund policy

Here you can find information on the delivery options available for your order and the returns policy for our products.

  1. Return Policy: Due to the sterile nature of our products, we have a strict no-returns policy for pigments or needles that have been opened or had their packaging/seal tampered with, unless the products are faulty.
  2. Cancellation of Orders: Orders can only be cancelled with mutual agreement and must be confirmed in writing by us.
  3. Product Issues: In case there is a problem with the products, please notify us within 5 days via email or in writing with full details of the fault. As per your legal rights, we will issue a full refund if the returned goods are found to be faulty. Upon receipt and inspection of the faulty goods, we will refund the price paid for the products, along with any applicable delivery charges, within 14 days of receipt of the delivery invoice.
  4. Exchange Policy: If an exchange is necessary, it will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. The original goods must be returned to us for assessment before replacement goods can be dispatched. The cost of returning goods to us is the customer’s responsibility. If the product is found to be faulty, we will refund reasonable postage costs. If the goods are not faulty, the customer will be required to cover the postage carriage.
  5. Unavailability of Products: In case a faulty item requires replacement and the product is no longer available or out of stock, the customer will have the option of a refund. The customer is responsible for returning the product to us prior to receiving a replacement.
  6. Responsibility for Business Loss: We hold no responsibility for any loss of business due to delay in delivery of the products or when the machine is out of use due to service maintenance or repair works.
  7. Cancelling a Contract: To cancel a contract, please contact us in writing via email to aclasspmu@gmail.com or by sending a letter to 5 Muswell Mews, London N10 2BF. We advise customers to retain a copy of their cancellation notification for their records.
  8. Cost of Returning Products: If the products were delivered, the customer must return the products to us and will be responsible for the cost of returning the products unless they are faulty or not as described. The products should be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
  9. Reimbursement for Returned Products: A CLASS. reserves the right to deduct an amount from the exchange of goods value reimbursement if we believe the products have been devalued beyond what is deemed necessary to establish their nature.
  10. Responsibility for Loss or Damage during Returns: We will not be responsible for loss or damage to products during returns. We recommend using a reputable recorded delivery service for returns. In case of damage or loss during delivery, we reserve the right to charge or not refund any amounts due to the customer that are attributed to the loss or damage.
  11. Refund Method: Approved refunds for faulty goods will be credited back to the debit or credit card used to initially purchase the products.
