Shipping

• Standard Delivery: £9.99, process time is 2-3 days and delivery will be between 4-5 days.
• International Delivery: Calculated individually, Dispatched within 2-3 working days, subject to international shipping timeframes dependent on region shipped to.

Returns

• Due to the sterile nature of the products, a no-returns policy for pigments or needles if they have been opened or had their packaging/seal tampered with, unless the products are faulty.
• Notify A CLASS within 5 days by email or in writing with full details of the issue.
• Only unused and unopened products will be accepted for return.
• Exchange arranged promptly and without charge.
• Replacement goods dispatched after original goods returned for assessment.
• Customer responsible for returning goods, but reasonable postage costs credited if product found to be faulty. If not faulty, returned to customer with postage carriage covered by customer.
